• ১ বছরের অ্যাপল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ওয়ারেন্টি: অ্যাপল ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত প্রোডাক্ট (iPhone 17 সিরিজ, iPhone 16 ও 16 Plus, MacBook, Mac mini, iPad, Apple Watch এবং Apple AirPods) এর ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাপলের ১ বছরের আন্তর্জাতিক ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে। Surge Tech কোনো অতিরিক্ত হিডেন চার্জ ছাড়াই সম্পূর্ণ ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম সুবিধা প্রদান করবে।

• যাচাই ও আনবক্সিং ভিডিও: আউটলেট ত্যাগের পূর্বেই ক্রেতাকে ডিভাইসের একটিভ/ইনএকটিভ স্ট্যাটাস এবং দৃশ্যমান কোনো সমস্যা (স্ক্র্যাচ, কালার, বা বক্সের অ্যাক্সেসরিজ) চেক করে নিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে এ সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। পণ্য আনবক্সিং করার সময় সম্পূর্ণ ভিডিও চিত্রধারণ করতে হবে এবং তা ওয়ারেন্টির জন্য সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।

• সফটওয়্যার ও ওএস আপডেট সংক্রান্ত ইস্যু: ফোন বা ডিভাইসে অফিশিয়াল সফটওয়্যার বা ওএস (OS) আপডেটের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো সমস্যা (যেমন: ডিসপ্লে/হার্ডওয়্যার সমস্যা, ড্রেন/ওভারহিটিং, নেটওয়ার্ক ইস্যু ইত্যাদি) ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং কোম্পানির ওপর নির্ভরশীল। এর জন্য Surge Tech দায়ী থাকবে না।

• ব্ল্যাকলিস্ট চেক: ফোন কেনার পূর্বেই ফোনটি ব্ল্যাকলিস্টেড কিনা তা যাচাই করে নিতে হবে। ক্রয়ের পরে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

• ১০ দিনের দৃশ্যমান সমস্যার ওয়ারেন্টি: স্মার্টফোন, ট্যাব ও টিভির ক্ষেত্রে (অ্যামাজন ট্যাব ব্যতীত) ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ও সফটওয়্যার ইস্যু ছাড়া অন্যান্য দৃশ্যমান সমস্যার জন্য ১০ দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য। ডিসপ্লে বা হার্ডওয়্যার সুরক্ষার স্বার্থে ইউভি (UV) গ্লাস প্রোটেক্টর ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

• ১ বছরের ফ্রি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি: স্মার্টফোন, ট্যাব ও টিভির জন্য ১ বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি (পার্টস/হার্ডওয়্যার ব্যতীত) পাবেন। অর্থাৎ সার্ভিসিংয়ের মাধ্যমে মেরামত সম্ভব হলে কোনো চার্জ লাগবে না, তবে পার্টস পরিবর্তন করতে হলে মূল পার্টসের মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। কোনো সার্ভিস ফি বা ইনস্টলেশন চার্জ নেয়া হবে না। পার্টস প্রাপ্তি সম্পূর্ণ মার্কেটের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

অ্যাক্সেসরিজ ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী

• অফিশিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি যুক্ত অ্যাক্সেসরিজ: যেসব অ্যাক্সেসরিজে (স্মার্টওয়াচ, এয়ারপডস, পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টার, কেবল, স্পিকার, স্টাইলাস ইত্যাদি) অফিশিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি আছে, সেগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস/বিল, অরিজিনাল বক্স (সব কন্টেন্টসহ) এবং ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সংরক্ষণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

• ৩ দিনের রিপেয়ার ওয়ারেন্টি: নন-ওয়ারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের ফ্রি রিপেয়ার ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।

• ১০ দিনের রিপেয়ার ওয়ারেন্টি: স্যামসাং ওয়াচ, বাডস এবং অ্যাপলের ১ বছরের অফিশিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া অন্যান্য পণ্য (অ্যাপল ওয়াচ, এয়ারপডস, পেন্সিল, মাউস, কিবোর্ড) এর ক্ষেত্রে ১০ দিনের রিপেয়ার ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।

• ওয়ারেন্টি বিহীন পণ্য: ফোন, ম্যাকবুক, আইপ্যাড বা ট্যাবের কাভার, গ্লাস/ক্যামেরা প্রোটেক্টর এবং ঘড়ির স্ট্র্যাপের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়। আউটলেট ত্যাগের পূর্বেই এগুলো ভালোভাবে দেখে নিতে হবে।

সাধারণ নিয়মাবলী (ডিভাইস ও অ্যাক্সেসরিজ)

• অফেরতযোগ্য: বিক্রিত পণ্য কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়, যদি না পণ্যে কোনো সার্টিফাইড হার্ডওয়্যার ত্রুটি থাকে।

• বক্স কন্টেন্ট: ডিভাইসের মূল বক্সের সাথে থাকা ফ্রি ক্যাবল, অ্যাডাপ্টার ইত্যাদি এক্সেসরিজের ওপর আলাদা কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

• পছন্দ অনুযায়ী এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি: ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও ১০ দিনের মধ্যে পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে, পণ্যের অবস্থার ওপর ভিত্তি করে ১০% থেকে ২৫% মূল্য কর্তন সাপেক্ষে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।

• রিজিওন ও ব্যাচ তারতম্য: ভিন্ন ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং রিজিওন বা প্রোডাকশন ব্যাচের কারণে ফিটিংস, সাউন্ড কোয়ালিটি বা ডিসপ্লে টোনে কিছুটা পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে, যা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

• রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি: সমস্যা দেখা দিলে আগে সার্ভিস/মেরামত করার চেষ্টা করা হবে। মেরামত অযোগ্য হলে শুধুমাত্র একবারের জন্যই রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে (অবশ্যই বক্স ও অ্যাক্সেসরিজ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে)।

• অফিশিয়াল ব্র্যান্ড সেন্টার: ব্র্যান্ডের নিজস্ব ওয়ারেন্টি যুক্ত পণ্যের জন্য সরাসরি সার্ভিস সেন্টারে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। Surge Tech-এর মাধ্যমে ক্লেইম পাঠালে অতিরিক্ত সময়ের প্রয়োজন হবে।

• কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি: কুরিয়ারে প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে (+8809613048048 / হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ: +8801711728428, সকাল ১০টা-সন্ধ্যা ৬টা) জানাতে হবে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিওতে Surge Tech-এর বক্স/স্টিকার খোলা থেকে ডিভাইস অন হওয়া পর্যন্ত সম্পূর্ণ বিরতিহীন রেকর্ডিং থাকতে হবে।

ওয়ারেন্টি বর্জন ও বিশেষ নির্দেশিকা

• প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র: ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করতে মূল ইনভয়েস/বিল, মূল বক্স এবং বক্সে থাকা ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকারসহ সশরীরে কাস্টমার কেয়ারে আসতে হবে।

• ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাবহির্ভূত: ডিসপ্লে/টাচ ইস্যু, লিকুইড ড্যামেজ, ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ, শর্ট সার্কিট এবং বক্স ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পূর্ণ বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।

• সময়সীমা: ক্লেইম প্রসেস হতে ৩ থেকে ৪৫ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

• অবশিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টি সময়: ক্লেইম করার সময় পণ্যের (বিশেষ করে অ্যাপল ডিভাইসের) অফিশিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টির অন্তত ২০ থেকে ৪৫ দিন মেয়াদ অবশিষ্ট থাকা আবশ্যক।

Terms & Conditions of Warranty Claim for Smart Devices

• Apple 1-Year International Warranty: Applies to Apple products sold with warranty (including iPhone 17 series, iPhone 16/16 Plus, MacBook, Mac mini, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple AirPods). Surge Tech handles all warranty claims with zero hidden charges.

• Pre-Check & Unboxing Requirement: Customers must inspect active/inactive status, physical appearance (scratches, defects, color), and box accessories before leaving the store. Subsequent claims regarding these will not be entertained. Unboxing video recording is mandatory and must be preserved for warranty claims.

• Software & OS Updates: Issues resulting from official software/OS updates (e.g., display/hardware glitches, battery strain, overheating, network issues) are manufacturer-level matters. Surge Tech is not liable for issues caused by official update rollouts.

• Blacklist Inspection: Customers must verify whether a phone is blacklisted prior to purchase. Surge Tech assumes no liability post-purchase.

• 10-Day Warranty for Visible Defects: Covers visible issues (excluding display/touch and software issues) for Smartphones, Tablets, and TVs (excluding Amazon Tablets). Avoid using UV glass protectors to prevent hardware/display damage.

• 1-Year Free Service Warranty: Applies to Smartphones, Tablets, and TVs (excluding parts and hardware replacement). Labor and installation are covered by Surge Tech free of charge; however, customers must pay for replacement parts, subject to market availability.

Terms & Conditions for Accessories Warranty Claim

• Official Warranty Accessories: For accessories with official warranty (Smartwatches, AirPods, Power Adapters, Cables, Bluetooth Speakers, Styluses, etc.), claims require the original invoice, original box with all contents, and the intact warranty sticker.

• 3-Day Repair Warranty: Applies exclusively to non-warranty items.

• 10-Day Repair Warranty: Applies to Samsung Watches, Galaxy Buds, and non-Apple-warranty Apple accessories (Apple Watch, AirPods, Pencil, Mouse, Keyboard).

• Non-Warranted Items: Covers/Cases (Phone, MacBook, iPad, AirPods, Watch, Bags), Screen/Camera Protectors, and Straps carry no warranty. Inspect thoroughly before leaving the outlet.

General Conditions (Devices & Accessories)

• Non-Refundable Purchase: Items sold cannot be exchanged or returned unless a verified hardware defect is present.

• Box Contents: Charging cables, adapters, and other accessories included inside product boxes are not covered under warranty.

• Change-of-Mind Exchange Policy: If a device has no visible defects but you wish to exchange it within 10 days of purchase, Surge Tech allows exchanges subject to a 10% to 25% restocking fee based on product condition.

• Regional & Batch Variations: Variations in software restrictions, packaging, color tone, or sound tuning due to production batches or regional manufacturing differences are normal and exempt from replacement.

• Replacement Policy: Products will be repaired first. A single one-time replacement is granted only if the product is deemed unrepairable, provided the product, box, and accessories remain pristine.

• Official Brand Service Centers: For official brand items, claims must follow the brand's policy. Submitting claims through Surge Tech may require additional processing time.

• Courier Orders & Unboxing: Issues with delivered items must be reported within 24 hours (Customer Support: +8809613048048 / WhatsApp: +8801711728428, 10 AM – 6 PM). Unboxing videos must start continuously from opening the intact Surge Tech tape/box to turning on the device.

Warranty Exceptions & Requirements

• Mandatory Documents: To claim warranty, customers must visit our Customer Care in person with the Original Invoice, Product Box with all contents, and the Warranty Sticker.

• Exclusions: Display/touch issues, liquid damage, physical damage, electrical short circuits, and damaged product boxes automatically void the warranty.

• Processing Time: Claims take between 3 to 45 business days to process.

• Remaining Warranty Buffer: Devices submitted for warranty (especially Apple products) must have at least 20–45 days of warranty remaining on the official calendar.

• Policy Adjustments: Surge Tech reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time without prior notice.
