Pre-Check & Unboxing Requirement: Customers must inspect active/inactive status, physical appearance (scratches, defects, color), and box accessories before leaving the store. Subsequent claims regarding these will not be entertained. Unboxing video recording is mandatory and must be preserved for warranty claims.

Non-Refundable Purchase: Items sold cannot be exchanged or returned unless a verified hardware defect is present.
